The Yelverton Station
Sir, – Can any of your readers inform me why the new Yelverton Station, between Bickleigh and Horrabridge, has yet to be opened? There are way authorities have shown their appreciation of the convenience such a station would be to the inhabitants of Meavy, Harrowbeer, and surrounding district of the station. Must we still plod miles into Horrabridge, or shall we be able at an early date to make use of this station which is comparatively at a very doors? – Yours truly, YELVERTON.
